Somehow Thanksgiving is less than a week away. I don’t know how this happened and I know I’m not the only one feeling this way, but let’s just go with it. Let’s make some good food and go with it.
I posted this list on hosting large parties last year after hosting a huge Thanksgiving. Hopefully you’ll find it somewhat helpful. If you do just one thing on the list…#4, always #4. This was our menu last year. We went a little overboard but it was Thanksgiving, and that’s what we do. And just in case that’s not enough, here are a few more (gluten free) ideas. Click on the photo for the recipe. (I cringe at some of these old photos now. The perfectionist in me wants to redo them but I realize that’s insane and it’s a nice reminder of how we get better at most things with practice.)
HAPPY THANKSGIVING! If I knew how to insert a little gobbling turkey icon, I’d do that here.

I am drooling over that spinach! I could use a new spinach recipe
Thanks for the GF Thanksgiving ideas – this is my first set of holidays gluten-free and it’s really helpful!
